Audrey is an interdisciplinary artist with an educational background in Transculturation and Journalism. For the past five years, Audrey has created podcasts, videos, and graphics for companies seeking to make meaningful connections with their audiences. In 2014, Audrey enrolled in Michigan State University studying humanities and documentary filmmaking. She started as a reporter at WDBM-Michigan State's Student Radio Station. It was there that she won Best Radio Show from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters (2015), Best Feature and In-Depth Reporting from the Best of MSU Journalism Awards (2015), and the Tracy Dobson Award for Undergraduate Student Feminist Activism (2017).
She has over three years worth of media management experience and overseen projects with up to 100 collaborators. Currently she is the founder and creative director of a budding artist network called, Sometimes Art House.

Under my leadership, we have hosted 6 events and added 100 artists to our network. The purpose of the group is to unite young professionals from the Greater Lansing and Detroit area that understand the intersection of arts and community development. I personally work with community members and businesses to create inclusive events inviting diverse groups of people to share their art. In addition to coordinating external events, I maintain the group dynamic by encouraging collaboration between artists and assisting with their creative processes.

Completed an internship with a rising art gallery to conceptualize, plan, and execute exhibitions and parties for Lansing residents. I maintained professional relationships with local business owners to serve as vendors for our events. Organized a team of creatives and delegated tasks to ensure effective social media marketing.

Managed 20 directors, 5 departments, and over 100 volunteers. Facilitated weekly general staff and departmental meetings with the purpose to improve inter-departmental relations. Created new partnerships with Eli & Edythe Broad Art Museum, My Brother's & Sister's Keeper, and Breaking Silence to facilitate opportunities for collaboration and civic engagement. Conceptualized marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and recruit students at Michigan State University. Managed an employee accountability system which resulted in each department designing a curriculum to improve volunteers' skills and sense of belonging. Received the Tracy Dobson Award for Undergraduate Feminist Activism for my commitment to valuing intersectionality as a manager.

Served as a mentor with the Detroit chapter of a nationwide initiative to interrupt systemic inequities impacting African American youth. Created and facilitated lessons about self-care, black film history, and media technology.
